Fareast Service Company (FESCO) was established in 1958 and provides top quality products and services for the community.  In 1994, FESCO established its FESCO Environmental Group which specializes in providing a full spectrum of environmental training courses for US Military personnel, US contractors, and local contractors for conducting projects on US Military bases in Japan and the Pacific region.   Asbestos and Lead training courses are in accordance with US EPA regulations and are conducted by an accredited training provider, GST Company, under the State of Pennsylvania (PA).

1994年には、米軍基地や太平洋地域でのプロジェクトを行う米軍関係者、米国請負業者、そして日本国内の請負業者を対象に、幅広い環境関連トレーニングコースを提供する FESCO環境部門（FESCO Environmental Group） を設立しました。

アスベストおよび鉛に関するトレーニングコースは、米国環境保護庁（US EPA） の規定に基づいて実施されており、ペンシルベニア州（PA）認定の訓練機関 GST Company によって運営されています。
