Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation for this course. Once payment is received, it will not be refunded for any reason. Once your registration to attend the course is received, and if the payment has not been received yet, the total amount will be invoiced. Furthermore, if the students that are scheduled to attend this course do not attend, they will not be allowed to take the same course scheduled on another date without payment again, therefore please make every effort to ensure the students attend the course on scheduled date. Unless the cancellation is a result of Japan National / Prefectural government declaration of a state of emergency or the US Armed Forces official declaration of a policy of lockdown, which prevents attendance, there is no cancellation for the course. 

 FESCO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to the lack of minimum student registrations or other reasons within 14 days prior to scheduled course date(s).

支払いが完了した講習料はいかなる理由があっても返金致しかねます。講習日に出席できなかった場合の別日の振替も受け付けておりません。
政府、もしくは県により緊急事態宣言が発令された場合、もしくはアメリカ軍によるロックダウンが発令された場合のやむを得ないキャンセルにつきましては、これを除外致します。

また、最低催行人数に満たない場合やその他の理由がある場合、講習の 14 日前までに、FESCOが講習を中止もしくは日程変更とすることがありますことを予めご了承ください。
